The Headlines

Sefton Dockstader leads the league at .933, with Claude Timpson (.905) right behind — the only two .900 bats in the league.
The Lefty Looseys (Sefton's team) lead everything: best team average (.626) and the best draft grade (+7.49 total z). Ten of their twelve players are hitting .500 or better.
The draft already predicts performance: pick round correlates with average at r = −0.51, from .680 (round 1) down to .338 (round 12).
The steal of the draft so far is Sean Hammon — a 12th-round pick hitting .769, tenth-best in the entire league.

One thing that jumps out about every team

Fellowship of the Swing (Stafford's team) — The quiet contender: second in average, ten players in the .500 Club, and just 2 caused outs.
Diamonds and Dirtbags (Jeremy's team) — One caused out all season, and third place without a single .800 bat. Their best hitter is at "only" .750 — this is a depth play.
